Mini-Course: Edit Microsoft in Google Workspace
Edit Microsoft inside Google Workspace
You already knew that you could upload your Microsoft Office work into your Google Drive. Did you know that you can actually edit these right within your Google Workspace?
If you're like me, you have at some point experienced this tedious process: upload your Word Doc into your Google Drive -- convert it into a Google Doc so that you can work on it -- work on your Doc -- Download As a Word Doc -- share it out from there likely as an email attachment. But no more! (I know, I know -- there are bigger problems out there. But it's the little things that can make such a nice difference.)
You can now work on your Microsoft doucments, presentations, and spreadsheets right inside your Google Workspace without having to convert them. Then, you can either share them as you do other Google pieces, and you can download your edited piece back into the Microsoft format. Just good to know, for if you still get sent any non-Googley stuff...
Three different mini-course certificates together total 1 clock hour CEU.
Enjoy!
